First Time ordering from Petals on their website. The owner called me same day to inform me that did not have on type of flower for the arrangement and gave me 2 options as a replacement. This was great service, normally a florist just substitutes. The person receiving the flowers contact me to say how beautiful the arrangement was, roses were her favorite.
