Very easy to order on line and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner. She called to say she was concerned about the flowers being delivered and no one being there to receive them in the cold winter temps. I made sure the person would be there at a certain time for her delivery to be made. Flowers were beautiful and looked just like the arrangement in the picture which is a PLUS to me. I would most certainly order from them again.
